It's My Party Tut (FTU)


Supplies Used:
Queen Esther tube by Celinart Pinup. Get it at SATC.

FTU kit called Her Teenage Rebellion. Get it at Scrap Rebellion.

Filters used:
Mura's Meister Copies
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow

Fonts Used:
Dear Joe Four
Sakkal Majalla


Okay let's do this...
Open a new image size 600 by 600

C/P Barb Wire Frame (Element 55). Resize by 75%.

Use your magic wand tool to select inside the frame. (Don't forget the small bits). Selection, Modify, Expand by 5.

Add a new raster layer. C/P Paper 9 into selection.

Save your selection (Selections, Load Save Selection) under a name you can find again. Deselect.

Using your Sakkal Majalla font size 10 type our your text. I used "It's my party and I'll cry if I want to". Move this just below your frame layer.

Apply Mura's Meister copies with these settings...

Go to selections, Load Save Selection and load the frame selection we made earlier. Selection, Invert, Delete. Deselect.

C/P your tube layer. Add drop shadow. 

Position your words so that your can still read them.

Duplicate your frame layer. Move above your tube. Use your eraser tool to remove all the access frame. (Basically you just want enough to cover the bottom of the tube.)

Erase any excess bits of tube that stick out from under the frame.

C/P Both Splatter elements (Element 52 and 53). Resize by 50% each. Duplicate a few times and position along the right side of the frame layer.

C/P Long Swirl Sucker (Element 59) Resize by 85%. Use the deform tool to position along the right side of the frame. Duplicate and resize by 85% again. Mirror and position right next to the original.

C/P Kitty Sucker (Element 11). Resize by 50%. Position over the top or the swirl sucker. (I just didn't like the look of the top of the suckers. You can always just position it between the 2 swirl suckers.)

C/P Flames (Element 34). Resize by 50%. I used the manual Color correct (Adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correct.) Source color set to the center of the flames, Target to a color from my tube. Position at the bottom right corner. Duplicate a total of 4 times. Position 2 in the right corner. 

Position the remaining flames along the left side of your frame under the tube.

C/P Music Notes (Element 46). Resize by 40%. Move toward the bottom of the flames in the right corner.

C/P Boombox (Element 4). Resize by 30%. Position just over the bottom of the music notes.

C/P Ipod (Element 22). Resize by 30%. Use your deform tool to position just over the edge of the boombox. 

C/P Kitty Cupcake (Element 12). Resize by 30%. Duplicate. Position on slightly above the other over the boombox.

I used the girly skull (Element 43) resized by 20% as a tattoo on my tube. Adjust the layer properties to Luminance Legacy.

Select the background layer. C/P Element 19. Resize by 90%.

Add Copyright and watermark.

With the Dear Joe Four font type out your name.

Apply inner bevel...

And Gradient Glow...

When Angels Cry tut...


Supplies used:

Hopeless tube by Evels-selena. Get it at DSI.

Angels Above full size kit by Wicked Princess. You can get it from Designer Scraps. (I used the full size kit but there is a tagger size. My sizes are based on the full size kit!)

Font used:
Aquarelle

A soft mask of choice

Open a new image size 600 by 600.

C/P Circle Frame. Resize by 30%.

C/P Diamond Scatter Circle Frame. Resize by 12%.

C/P Pearl frame Circle. Resize by 13%.

Dropshadow all 3 frame layers.

C/P rose cluster. Resize by 15%. Image, Flip. Position in bottom left corner of you frame. Dropshadow.

C/P Lily. Resize by 15%. Position under the leaves of the rose cluster. Duplicate. I removed the leaves of the duplicate with my eraser. Mirror and position. Dropshadow both layers.

C/P Rose Vine. Resize by 15%. Dropshadow. Duplicate, Mirror, And move into position.

C/P  Rose 2. Resize by 15%. Duplicate, Mirror, And move into position.

C/P Pearl Blossom. Resize by 10%. Dropshadow and position  over the large purple rose in the cluster.

C/P feather Wings. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Duplicate 2 times for a total of 3. Position one on the right hand side of the bottom of the frame. The other 2 use your deform tool to position under the flowers going up the frame.

Click on the blue frame in your layer palette. Use your magic wand tool to select the inside of the frame. Selections, Modify, expand by 5. Add a new raster layer. C/P Paper 2 into selection. Deselect and move UNDER the frame.

C/P  Heart Scatter. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Duplicate 3 time for a total of 4. Position one in each corner so hearts are under the frame layers.

C/P Diamond scatter. Resize by 20%. Duplicate and Mirror. move UNDER the hearts.

Selections, Select all. Add a new raster layer and move to the bottom. C/P paper 3 into the selection. Deselect.

Layers, Load save mask. Add your mask of choice. Layer, merge, Merge group.

Add your watermark and copyright.

Add your name. I used a blue from the frame and added a gradient glow of light purple.

Imperfect tut...



Supplies used:

Emilie tube by Sky scraps. Get it at SATC.

Poisoned Rain Scrapkit by Wicked Princess Scraps. You can get it at DigiDivaz.

Template from Creative Misfits. It is in the collab templates but I can't remember which set. Template name is Collab Temp 1 Cin_Lin.

Font:
GFY Otep.


Open Template. Delete the copyright layer.

C/P your tube on the right side over your circle layers. Now click on the pink grained circle. Selection, float. Select your tube in the layer palette. Use the eraser to remove anything outside of the circle. (No worries about being exact cause the elements will cover it)

Lock together the pink rectangle, Star Lines, Stars, Dotted Lines, Imperfect, & Like Being. move these slightly to the right of the large black rectangle. Just leave a small bit of black showing between the pink rectangle and glitter border.

Select the like being layer again. Go to Adjust, Color Balance, Negative image. Repeat on Stars, Star Lines, & Dotted Lines.

C/P Skull Chain. position in the black area on the left side of your tag.

C/P Rose Candle on the bottom left of the template. Resize by 50%.

C/P  Medium candle. Resize by 50%. I used my deform tool to make the candle fit between the 2 in the Rose candle cluster. Move UNDER the Rose candle Cluster.

C/P Bauganvilla. Resize by 30%. Move UNDER the Rose Candle layer. Duplicate and mirror. Move duplicate and mirror. Position opposite the 1st one.

C/P Feather Wings. Resize by 75%. Use your deform tool to position the wings as desired.

C/P medium Candle. Resize by 50%. Duplicate and position one candle slightly lower than the other.

C/P fat Candle. Resize by 50%. Position towards the bottom of the pink candles. Duplicate and position on the opposite side of the pink candles.

C/P Barbwire. Resize by 50%. Position in the area between the 2 clusters. Duplicate and mirror. Move duplicate down so both wires show.

C/P Bottle. Resize by 30%. Duplicate and move one bottle slightly down and to the left. 

C/P Emo bunny. Resize by 30%. Position just over the higher bottle.

C/P Razorblade. Resize by 20%. Use your deform tool to position over the bottom of the candles.

C/P Skull dagger. Resize by 50%. Use your deform tool to position over the razorblade.

Add your copyright and watermark.

Add you name. I made a Gradient from the colors in my tube. I also added a black gradient and drop shadow.

You Better Watch Out tut...



Supplies Used:
Noel 2011 tube by Celinart. You can get her tubes at SATC.

Christmas Chaos kit by my girl Tasha's Playground. The kits is available at SATC as well.

Fonts:

Filters:
Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow (font only)


Open a new image 600 by 600

C/P Frame 3. Resize by 90%. Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, 90 degrees right (Make sure all layers is unchecked)

Use your magic wand and click inside your frame layer. Selections, Modify, Expand by 5. Add a new raster layer. C/P paper 5 into selection. Deselect and move this under the frame layer.

C/P your tube. Move to the left of your frame layer. Use your eraser to remove any of the bits that hang over the frame.
Select your paper layer.

C/P Tree 4. Resize by 30%. Duplicate and position at slightly different heights.

C/P Tree 2. Resize by 40%. position in the middle of the red trees.

C/P Reindeer. Resize by 20%. Position at the bottom of your trees.

C/P Reindeer 2. Resize by 20%. Position at the bottom of your trees opposite the 1st reindeer.

C/P Elf Dude. Resize by 30%. Position between the 2 reindeer.

Close your Frame, paper, And tube layers. Merge Visible. Reopen your layers and move your merged elements between the frame and paper layers.

C/P Snow. position along the bottom of your frame layer. 

C/P Icicles. Resize by 85%. Position under the top of the frame layer. Duplicate and mirror. Merge Down. Use your eraser tool to remove any excess.

C/P Decor. Resize by 50%. Position on the right side of your frame.

C/P bow 3. Resize by 50%. Position over your decor.

C/P Lights. Resize by 50% 2 times. Duplicate. Position along the top of your frame layer.

Click on the frame layer in the layer palette.

C/P Ogre. Resize by 40%. Position in the right corner of your frame.

Now select the frame layer again. Using the Discoball front type out your text on the left side of the frame. 

Effects, 3d effects, Inner Bevel with these settings...

Then Gradient glow with the following settings...
Tab 2...

Add your name with the satisfaction font and repeat bevel and glow.

I added a drop shadow to all my layers with these settings...

Hard Candy Christmas Tut (FTU)


Supplies Used:
Christmas tube by the wonderful Freya Langford-Sidebottom. Tube comes with multiple different color layers!! You can get it at Artistically Inclined Licensing

Scrapkit called Hard Candy Christmas by my amazing friend Lesia at Deadly Desire Tagz.

Grunge & Floral mask of choice (I don't remember where mine came from. Sorry)

Ukrainian Brush Script


Open a new image size 600 by 600

C/P Tree. Resize by 25%. Duplicate 2 times for a total of 3. Position trees in a line across your tag.

C/P Fireplace. Resize by 25%. Move to the left of the tag.

C/P Gold Deer 1. Resize by 40%. Position on the right of your tag.

C/P Present Stash. Resize by 20%. Duplicate. Position on the bottom corner of the fireplace.

C/P Gifts. Resize by 30%. Duplicate a few times and position along the bottoms of the trees.

C/P your tube and position over your gifts.

Duplicate Gifts and move above your tube layer.

C/P garland. Resize by 25%. Position on top of fireplace.

C/P Poinsettia. Resize by 25%. Position in the middle of the garland.

C/P Bow 6. Resize by  10%. Position to one side of the poinsettia. Duplicate, Mirror, And position on the other side.
C/P pinecone. Resize by  10%. Position under bow layer. Duplicate, Mirror, And position on the other side.

 C/P Candle. Resize by  5%. Position under pinecone layer. Duplicate, Mirror, And position on the other side.

C/P Star. Resize by  10%. Duplicate 2 times for a total of 3. Position at the top of each tree.

C/P Bow 1. Resize by  10%. Used your deform tool to rotate the bow to a straight angle.Duplicate 2 times for a total of 3. Position over the bottom of each star.

I used the following elements for ornaments:
Christmas Ball 2 and 4 (10%)
Christmas ball 1 and 3 (8%)
Gemstones (30%)

I used papers 2 & 4 for my masks.

Season's Greetings Tut...(FTU)

Supplies Used:

Tube is called Dionne Christmas by Elias Chatzoudis and it was part of the PTE Xmas gift 2011. If you don't have it there are plenty of amazing Xmas tube by Elias available at PTE

Scrapkit called Season's Greetings. Get it from Scrapin Designs blog .

Filter:
Eye Candy 4000 Glass and Gradient Glow (font Only)

Fonts:
Velvenda Cooler
Satisfaction

Open Frame 2. Image, Canvas Size 800 by 800. (You can resize later I like having extra room to work with)

Move frame slightly to the left of the canvas.


C/P Deco 1. Position along the top of the frame. Duplicate, Flip.

                                  C/P Garland. Resize by 75%. Position over the art deco layers.
C/P Tree. Resize by 75%. Position on the right of the frame. Duplicate and move slightly down and to the right.

C/P Train Track. Position so it looks like it is going around the bottom of both the trees and the frame. 

C/P both gifts and Gifts 0. Resize both by 40%. Duplicate one of them so you have a total of 3. Position these around the bottom of the trees. Move them under the train track.

Use your eraser tool to remove any bits of track that hang over the gifts and frame. You want it to look like the train is circling around everything :)


C/P your tube.

Use your magic wand to select the inside of the frame. Selections, Modify, Expand by 5.

Add a new raster layer and move under the frame. C/P Paper 5 into selection. KEEP SELECTED.

C/P Closeup of your tube. (Or just resize if you don't have one so that just the face is in the selection)

Selections, Invert, Delete. Change Blend mode of your closeup to Multiply.

C/P all additional elements and add them to your tree to decorate. Remember to move any elements that you put on the back tree under the other tree if they overlap. I used the following:

Bow 7 (Resize by 25%) (2x)
Star 1 (I adjusted the hue of gold to red) (Resize by 20) (2x)
Poinsetta (20%) (7x)
Poinsettia 1 (15%) (6X)
Poinsettia 0 (15%) (4X)
Snowflake 0 (15%) (4x)

Add the following dropshadow to your tube, deco, garland, tree, and gift layers...
Add your copyright and watermark.

For the font.

I added Season's Greetings using velvanda Cooler. Color #097309.

Add glass with the following Settings...


Then Dropshadow same as before.

Then Gradient Glow in #ff0000.

Dropshadow Again.

Move UNDER your tube.

For the name I used font satisfaction. Same steps as before only swap your colors.

Christmas Presents FTU Kit Tut (Not and xmas tut LOL)


Ok so I know this one is slightly surprising since it is a Christmas kit but the tag is anything but. I wanted to show the beauty and Diversity the wonderful Schnegge put into this kit. You can get it at her blog HERE 

Tube is called A Vampire Romance by Ida Larsen and you can get it at DSI 

Font:
Ukrainian Brush Script

Filter:
Eye candy 4000 Gradient Glow (Font Only)

Ok this is a pretty simple one :)

Open a new image size 600 by 600

C/P Deco 2.

C/P Frame 01. Resize by 90%. I used my deform tool to position the frame to my liking.(Basically I positioned it so both the stars on the deco showed.)

Use your magic wand to select inside the frame layer. Selections, Modify, Expand by 5. Add a new raster layer and move UNDER the frame. 
C/P paper 6 INTO selection.

C/P your tube. I resized mine by 75%. Move under your ribbon frame layer and use the eraser tool to remove and ribbon that is over the tube.

C/P Glitter Deco. Resize by 50%. Duplicate multiple time so that the deco goes all the way around your frame and Deco 2. (you will want this to stick out on both the inside and outside of your frame layer)

C/P Deco 01. Resize by 50%. Position on the right bottom of your frame. 
C/P Flower 03. Resize by 50%. Mirror. Position over Deco 1.

C/P  Angel. Resize by 50% then 75%. Position so that the green rose nestles just into the angel's wing.

C/P Box 02. Resize by 50% then 75%. I moved this UNDER my angel.

C/P Star. Resize by 50% then 75%. Position under the other side of the angel.

 Add Dropshadow to your tube, Both Frame Layers, Angel, And Flowers.

Add your copyright and watermark.

For the font I used color # 863220.

Type out font and add inner bevel with these settings...

  Add Drop Shadow.

I added Gradient glow in color #ffd85c with these settings...

Repeat drop shadow and save ;)


Black Ice Tut...


Supplies Used:
Stockings Christmas tube by Roberto Alvarado. Tube was part of the xmas gift 2011 from PTE.

Awesome Goth Christmas scrapkit called Black Ice by my girl Tasha from Tasha's Playground. You can buy this kit at SATC.

Font Used:
Aquarelle

Filter used:
VDL Adrenaline (Snowflakes)
Open a new image size 800 by 800 (You can resize later but be sure to do it before you animate!)

C/P Frame 4.

Using your magic wand tool select all the way around your outer circle.

 Save this selection to disk where you can find it later if you plan to animate.

KEEP SELECTED til I tell you to deselect.

Click on your background layer.

C/P Paper 13 into selection.

C/P Paper 1 into selection. Change the Blend Mode to Luminance.

Deselect.

C/P Tree Element. Resize by 50%. Duplicate 2 times for a total of 3. Position trees ate varying heights on the right side of your frame layer.

C/P Trees. Resize by 50%. Position at the bottom right of you frame layer. You can move the black trees around under it to make it all look full.

C/P House. Resize by 75%. Position between 2 of the black trees so that just the ice shards are sticking out.

C/P Snow mound at the bottom of the frame. Duplicate and mirror.

C/P Snowflake. Resize by 20%. Duplicate a few times and stagger them over the top half of your frame.

C/P your tube. I added a very light drop shadow to mine.
If you want to resize the tag now is a good time to do it.

Add your copyright and watermark.

(If you don't want to animate you can add your name and save now :)

Select your background layer and floodfill with choice of color. I used black and added some red brushes.

Select your Paper 1 Layer.

Selections, Load/Save selection, Load the selection we made earlier.

Add a new raster layer.

Apply VDL Snowflakes with the following settings...

KEEP SELECTED!

Add a new raster layer. Repeat VDL Snowflakes but change your random seed to 100.

Add a new raster layer. Repeat VDL Snowflakes but change your random seed to 200.

Select none.

Hide the top 2 snowflake layers so that only the bottom one is showing.

Copy Merged. Copy into animation shop as a new image.
Close the bottom snowflake layer and open the middle snowflake layer.

Copy Merged. Copy into animation shop after current frame.

Close the Middle snowflake layer and open the top snowflake layer.

Copy Merged. Copy into animation shop after current frame.

Select Frame 1. Edit, Select all. Then go to Animation, Frame Properties and change to 20.

To add your name...Make sure propagate paste is checked in Animation shop.

Back in PSP type out your name. I used color #a52424.

Add inner Bevel with the following settings...


Duplicate inner bevel.

Add same drop shadow you used for your tube.

Change the opacity to 70.

Go to Edit, Copy. C/P into animation shop as a new image. Drag into frame one on your tag. View the animation. If it blinks you forgot to click propagate paste. Just undo the drag and undo on your name. Select Propagate paste and move to the first frame.

Snow Simple Tut (FTU!!)


Supplies Used:
Christmas Pearl Tube By Four Xs. This was part of the 2011 Xmas gift from PTE.

Jingle Bell Rock Blog Train Freebie by Courtney's Digiscappin.

Font Used:
Igloo Laser (My Fav Winter font :)

Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow (Font Only)

Ok this is simple so let's get Started:

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Frame E4. Adjust hue/Saturation to a lighter blue color (I did this so everything matched the tube. The tag will look just as cute with the original colors)

Click the inside of the frame with your magic wand. Selections, Modify, Expand by 3. Add a new raster layer. Floodfill with white. KEEP SELECTED.

Add another new raster layer. C/P Paper 6 INTO selection. Adjust hue/saturation to blue. I changed the opacity on mine to 24. Select none.

Move your frame layer ABOVE your fill and paper layer.

Open element 7. Adjust hue/saturation to blue. Using your magic wand tool select only around the "bauble" portion of the element. 

Add a new raster layer and move UNDER the element.

Floodfill new layer white. 

Click on the element 7 layer. Add dropshadow of choice. This just adds some dimension. Merge visible.

C/P element 7 onto your tag. Resize by 10%. Duplicate 2 time for a total of 3 and position. Use your eraser tool to remove any excess string.

C/P Element 10. Adjust Hue/Saturation to blue. Resize by 10%. Position in upper right hand corner of frame. Duplicate and flip.

C/P Element 11. Resize by 10%. Position so it just overlaps the first snowflake. Duplicate and flip.

C/P Element 12. Adjust hue/saturation to blue. Resize by 10%. Position in the center of your snowflakes.

Dropshadow all the snowflake layers.

C/P your tube and position just over the bottom of the frame. Use the eraser tool to remove any bits that overlap. 

Dropshadow tube.

Add your font. I had my background set to white and my foreground to #48ccd7.

Inner Bevel 2x with the following settings...

Gradient glow with these settings...
