Spooktacular tut...

Supplies used:
Trick Or Treat tube by Christine Marie Kotlark. Get it at SATC.
Dark Night Of The Witch kit by A tagger's Scrap. Get it at SATC.
AS Halloween Temp2 from the Creative Misfits blog. Get it HERE.
Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow
Font: Creepygirl.

Open up your template.
I resized my template to be 500 pixels in width.
Delete the Info, Cat, & Spider layers.

Ok so lets start at the bottom shall we :)
Select your bottom layer.
C/P Tagback. Resize by 75%.
Image, Rotate, Free rotate 90 degrees.
Use your deform tool to stretch the tagback to fit across your background.
Dropshadow.
Duplicate Tag Back & Mirror.
C/P Orb.
Go to adjust hue/Saturation. 
Hue 154. Saturation 35.
Dropshadow orb.
Position under the bars of the template.
Change the opacity to around 88.
Select Raster 12.
Selections, Select all, Float.
Add a new raster layer.
C/P paper 19 into selection.
Deselect. 
Dropshadow Paper.
Delete the original Raster 12.
Select Raster 13.
Selections, Select all, Float.
Add a new raster layer.
C/P paper 14 into selection.
Deselect. 
Dropshadow Paper.
Delete the original Raster 13. 
Select Raster 9.
Selections, Select all, Float.
Add a new raster layer.
C/P paper 11 into selection.
Deselect. 
Dropshadow Paper.
Delete the original Raster 9. 
Select Raster 6.
Selections, Select all, Float.
Add a new raster layer.
C/P paper 2 into selection.
Deselect. 
Delete the original Raster 6.
 Select your paper layer.
Apply Fat Gradient glow of 3 in black.
Dropshadow.
Select Raster 10.
Selections, Select all, Float.
Add a new raster layer.
C/P paper 14 into selection.
Deselect. 
Dropshadow Paper.
Delete the original Raster 10.
Select Copy of Raster 10.
Selections, Select all, Float.
Add a new raster layer.
C/P paper 14 into selection.
Deselect. 
Dropshadow Paper.
Delete the original Copy Of Raster 10. 
Select Raster 5.
Selections, Select all, Float.
Add a new raster layer.
C/P paper 2 into selection.
Deselect. 
Delete the original Raster 5.
 Select your paper layer.
Apply Fat Gradient glow of 3 in black.
Dropshadow.
Select Raster 3.
Selections, Select all, Float.
Add a new raster layer.
C/P paper 20 into selection.
Deselect. 
Delete the original Raster 3.
 Select your paper layer.
Apply Fat Gradient glow of 3 in black.
Dropshadow.
I moved raster 7 & 8 down a bit so you would see more of the large orange rectangle.
C/P Candles. Resize by  40%. Dropshadow.
Duplicate a few times and position these along the bottom of the filmstrip frame.
C/P Candelabra. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.
Duplicate. Position 1 at the edge of the filmstrip frame.
The 2nd candelabra position next to your paper bars slightly higher.
C/P Dead Ivy. Resize by 75%.
Change the hue/saturation both to 0.
Dropshadow.
Position at the bottom of the candles.
Duplicate. Change the layer property to multiply.
C/P Book 3. Resize by  40%. Dropshadow.
Use your deform tool to position on a slight angle just about the last square of the filmstrip.
C/P Tressym. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Image, mirror.
Position to the right of the spell book.
C/P Jars & Pumpkin. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.
Position to the right of the tressym.
Dropshadow the bat.
C/P your tube. Dropshadow.
C/P Tombstone 4. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.
Position UNDER your tube. (If using the same tube position to the left of the grave.)
C/P Tombstone. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.
Image, Mirror.
Position UNDER your tube to the left of the large grave.
C/P Tombstone 2. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.
Position ABOVE your tube and to the left. 
(Graves were position to fill in the excess space in my tube. Position them as desired if using a different tube.)
C/P Pumpkin Cluster.  Resize by 30%.
Duplicate Pumpkin Cluster. 
Change the layer property on the top layer to Multiply.
Dropshadow original pumpkin cluster.
C/P Sad Pumpkin. Resize by 20%. 
Position to the right of the cluster.
Duplicate. Change the top sad pumpkin layer property to multiply.
Dropshadow original Sad Pumpkin.
C/P Rat. Resize by  75%. Dropshadow.
Position to the bottom right corner of the filmstrip.
Move your word art layer to the top of your layer palette.
Dropshadow Word Art.
Type out your font.
Add dropshadow of choice.
