The Cutest Holiday tut...

Supplies used:
The Cutest Christmas tube by Zindy. Get it HERE.
Holiday Frost kit by Jackie's Jewels. Get it HERE.
Font: Tallyrand

Open a new image size 500 by 500.
C/P Frame 2.
Resize frame by 60%.
Select the inside of the frame using your magic wand.
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.
Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.
C/P Paper 11 into selection.
Add another new raster layer.
C/P Paper 5 into selection.
Change the layer property to overlay.
Deselect.
C/P Snow Word Art.
Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Change the layer property to soft light.
Change the opacity to 80.
Duplicate Word Art.
Position word art inside the frame.
C/P Snow Pile.
Resize by 50%.
Position under the bottom of the frame.
Dropshadow frame.
C/P Garland 1.
Resize by 55%. Dropshadow.
Image, Flip.
Use your deform tool to stretch the garland to fit horizontally across the frame.
C/P Bulb Wire.
Image, Mirror.
Resize by  55%. Dropshadow.
Position over the garland.
C/P Foil Tree.
Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Position over the right side of the frame.
C/P Decor.
Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.
Image, Mirror.
Position over the curve on the right side of the garland.
C/P Berries.
Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Image, Flip.
Using your deform tool position on an angle under the lamp globe.
Duplicate berries & mirror.
Position under the opposite side of the lamp globe.
C/P Star Flake Scatter.
Resize by 50%.
Position over one side of decor.
Duplicate star flake scatter and position next to the original.
Merge layer down.
Duplicate your merged layer.
C/P Poinsetta. 
Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.
Position over the bottom of the lamp globe and ornament.
C/P your tube on the left side of the frame.
Dropshadow.
Select the background layer.
C/P Stitching.
Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Position under the upper right corner of the frame.
Duplicate stitching.
Image, flip, Mirror.
Type out your font over the top of the frame.
Apply inner bevel & Dropshadow of choice.
