Position at the bottom of the canvas.
Dropshadow.
C/P Element 88.
Resize by 60%. Dropshadow.
Position at the bottom of the canvas.
C/P your tube.
Dropshadow.
C/P Element 44.
Resize by 30%.
Change the layer property to hard light.
Position over the tube next to the bow.
Position over the right side of the canvas.

Resize by 50%.
Apply fat Gradient Glow of 3 in white.

Position near the top left of the city scene.

Duplicate.
Image, Rotate, Free rotate 90 degrees.
Position near the bottom left of the canvas.

Type out your font.
Apply Glass.
Add Fat Gradient Glow of 3.
